Luqera — WhatsApp-First Business CRM
A WhatsApp-first CRM I founded and built: one shared inbox for the whole team, AI-drafted replies, broadcast campaigns, a no-code flow builder, and a deal pipeline — so a sales team can run its day from WhatsApp instead of bolting a CRM on beside it.

Why I built it
My day job is Odoo — implementing the ERP that runs a company's back office. But back office and front office don't always agree on where the work actually happens. On client after client, the CRM lived in one app and the real selling — the quoting, the follow-ups, the closing — lived in WhatsApp, in someone's personal chat history, disconnected from any record the business could see or report on.
I built Luqera to close that gap: put the CRM inside the conversation instead of next to it. It's live today at luqera.com — working software, free to start — and I'm still in the design-partner phase, building it directly with UAE sales teams rather than guessing at what they need.
What it does
Six pieces that share one record, so a contact doesn't reset every time it moves from a chat to a pipeline to a broadcast list.
Shared Team Inbox
Every WhatsApp conversation lands in one inbox the whole team can see, claim and hand off — so a lead never gets answered twice, or not at all, because it was sitting in someone's personal phone.
AI Reply Bot
Trained on a company's own documents and price lists, it drafts on-brand replies in seconds so a teammate can review and send, or lets it answer routine questions on its own within the guardrails set for it.
CRM & Deal Pipelines
A chat becomes a contact and a deal without leaving WhatsApp — moved stage to stage through a pipeline that looks like any CRM's, except the whole conversation history is attached to it.
Visual Flow Builder
A zero-code builder for routing new leads, qualifying them by keyword or business hours, and auto-responding before a human ever has to pick up the thread.
Mass Broadcasts
Segment-targeted campaigns sent through the official WhatsApp Business API, template-compliant so they land instead of getting a number flagged, with delivery and read tracking on every send.
Ops Dashboards
Response times, campaign performance and team workload in one view — the numbers a sales manager actually checks every morning, instead of chasing screenshots.
Beyond the core CRM
The WhatsApp CRM above is the half I lead with, but Luqera runs a second engine beside it: a UAE-specific HR and payroll suite — WPS-ready payroll, leave management, geofenced attendance, and automatic gratuity and end-of-service calculations — built for the same compliance reality I already work in on the Odoo side. For clients who run Odoo, Luqera also connects back to it, so the conversation and the ERP record don't have to live in two disconnected systems.
It runs as a web app for the office and native iOS and Android apps for the road, so a reply can go out whether someone's at a desk or standing in a client's lobby.
Who it's built for
I designed it around WhatsApp-heavy sales motions, where a missed message is a missed deal — logistics, real estate, e-commerce, fintech and retail are the verticals it's built for.
Why this matters if you're evaluating me
I'm Muhammad Salman Ali Khan, an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant in Dubai and Head of Projects at Techbot Information Technology LLC, with 10+ years and 100+ implementations behind me. Most of what's on this site is Odoo work I've delivered for clients. Luqera is different — it's a product I own end to end, from the data model to the pricing page, built on my own judgment calls. If you're deciding whether to trust me with your ERP, this is what I build when nobody's briefing me.
