The UAE's Electronic Invoicing System makes structured e-invoicing mandatory for B2B and B2G transactions — with businesses over AED 50m going live 1 January 2027 and everyone else 1 July 2027. PDFs no longer count as invoices, and compliance depends on your ERP's data quality.
